PET-Xi Not in Education Employment Training (Sheffield)
Empowering Young People Across Sheffield to Reconnect with Education, Employment and Training
In Sheffield, like many cities, young people aged 16–24 who are Not in Education, Employment or Training (NEET) face a range
of challenges—from mental health struggles and low confidence to limited access to opportunities.
At PET-Xi, we’re proud to work alongside Sheffield City Council, local employers, and community organisations to deliver high-energy, personalised programmes that help young people across the city rebuild
confidence, gain skills, and take their next steps forward.
Why This Matters in Sheffield

housing instability, or lack of qualifications, some even often face barriers that can feel impossible to overcome alone.
Our mission is to break that cycle by offering wraparound support, practical training, and real progression routes—all delivered with the energy, care, and belief that PET-Xi is known for.
