Youth Trailblazer isn’t about ticking boxes or sending young people on “another programme”.It’s about belonging, belief and brave steps forward.Built with young people and led by lived experience, Youth Trailblazer is a community‑driven movement for 18–21 year olds in Coventry who’ve been told they’ve “failed”, don’t trust education, or feel shut out of opportunity.
Here, young people don’t get labelled.
They get seen.
- Designed for 18–21 year olds who are disengaged, anxious about education, or unsure about their next step
- Run by an experienced provider with over 30 years of supporting young people and families
- Small, safe and supportive environment based at PET‑Xi’s Coventry Head Office
- Stronger attendance and engagement through peer support and youth‑led recruitment
- Flexible, trauma‑informed approach that understands mental health, housing pressure and past school experiences
- Positive word‑of‑mouth from learners themselves, building trust with families who’ve “tried everything before”
