Path 2 Apprenticeship WMCA
PET-Xi are working in partnership with West Midlands Combined Authority to deliver tailored training and support to empower young people to kick start their career with an apprenticeship. Path 2 Apprenticeship offers up to 16 weeks of support at no cost to eligible residents.
There’s plenty of reasons to consider Path 2 Apprenticeship as your next step:
- As the programme is co designed with employers, you will gain the skills businesses are looking for
- Support with essential employability skills such as CV writing and interview techniques
- Coaching throughout the first year of your apprenticeship
- On completion of programme you will be ready to start a level 2 or 3 apprenticeship with an employer paying National Living Wage, earning whilst you learn
The Path 2 Apprenticeship programme is designed to work for you, to support you into work. Training is flexible, and further support can be discussed in relation to transport, childcare, mentoring adjustments, and digital devices.
Eligibility:
- Aged 19-29
- Living in Coventry
- Not in employment or education
