PET-Xi Governors bring a wealth of experience, a wide range of skills and a critical eye to the business acting as both a sounding board and reality check to the Managing Director. In addition, they provide insight into the sector and act as a critical friend to the Executive Team providing support, challenge, and impartial business guidance.
PET-Xi Governor Biographies

Charlotte Bosworth
I’ve been working in the education sector for over 20 years, and it’s a space I’m deeply passionate about. I’m currently the Managing Director of Innovate Awarding, a national Awarding Organisation. I also sit on the board of the AELP and have recently taken on the role of Chair of the Federation of Awarding Bodies. I’m proud to be part of the accessibility board, where I hope to bring energy, challenge thinking, and help lead meaningful change. I live in Coventry and am excited to contribute to a cause that aligns so closely with my values and experience.

Corin Crane
Corin Crane is now the new Group Chief Executive of the Coventry & Warwickshire Chamber of Commerce (CWCC) which includes Coventry and Warwickshire Chamber Training and Destination Coventry. Corin Crane studied English and Politics at De Montfort University and a Post Grad in Human Resource Management at Leeds University. He then worked for the TUC in Yorkshire and Humberside, Advantage West Midlands Rural Regeneration, Learning and Skills Council and Telford and Wolverhampton Councils heading up Economic Development and Inward Investment teams.

Mark Neal
Birmingham-based business leader who runs two successful businesses within the city. Holder of the coveted Queen’s award for Enterprise, Mark brings a wealth of expertise in business, finance and investment, leadership and management.

Sarah Rennie
Sarah is an Accessibility and Inclusion Consultant, Trainer and non-practising Solicitor. Recently Sarah was part of the Legacy & Benefits Committee for the Commonwealth Games 2022 and chaired the Accessibility Advisory Forum. Currently, she is a member of the West Midlands Tourism and Hospitality Advisory Board and supports the sector’s role in creating a dynamic and diverse place to live, work and visit – for everyone.

Abhinay Muthoo
Abhinay Muthoo is an economist who has 37 years of teaching and research experience at several universities including Cambridge, the LSE, Harvard, Bristol, Warwick and Essex. He was a professor and the Head of the Departments of Economics at Warwick and at Essex, across a span of 25 years. He was also the Dean of Warwick in London for four years. He is currently a Fellow of the National Institute of Economic and Social Research, and a member of the Cross Parliamentary Party Youth Violence Commission. He brings his wealth of experience to bear on the economic impact of what we offer, and the links to the wider political context and wider educational sector.

Keith Fraser
In January 2018, Keith Fraser was appointed a member of the Youth Justice Board for England and Wales of which he is now Chair.
Keith is also the Non-Executive Director/Trustee at The Work Force Development Trust Limited, Advisor for the National Police Chiefs Council Digital Engagement Project for Young People, and Chair of Employability UK. Keith was made a Commissioner for the Commission on Race and Ethnic Disparities on 16 July 2020.
Prior to this, Keith was a Superintendent and Chief Inspector in the West Midlands Police, having joined as a Constable, during which time he produced the 2016-19 Preventing Gang Involvement and Youth Violence strategy.
Keith also produced the business plan for City of Wolverhampton council where he was the Chair of the authority’s statutory Youth Offending Management Board. He led an innovative preventative project, targeting over 7,000 children and young adults, working with Sport England and was the Strategic Police Lead for the Princes Trust across the West Midlands.
Keith brings his experience of Youth and Justice to the PET-Xi governance team reinforcing our commitment in supporting those from diverse backgrounds.
