Support provided by PET-Xi
In September 2020 PET-Xi training worked in partnership with the DWP to recruit and upskill job seekers to work at Ingram Micro in Daventry. Ingram Micro is an international information and technology distributer.
Ingram were recruiting for Warehouse Operatives, FLT Drivers and Administrative Assistants. Working in partnership with the DWP PET-Xi were able to recruit 12 individuals for the programme. During the which they delivered a short 3-day training course to upskill and prepare the candidates for their interview.
The day after the training course finished all 12 learners progressed into employment with Ingram Micro.
