The Topic Focus menu offers a range of one-day options designed to cover elements of the syllabus. There are three set options available, as well as the possibility of choosing a bespoke option from a selection of topics. Each option takes learners through an exciting and engaging series of activities to improve their skills.
These Topic Focus options are perfect for identified areas for improvement, and come with an assessment so that learners and teachers can evidence the progress made.
The KS3 Topic Focus menu offers a range of one-day options designed to address core elements of Reading, Writing, Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar. Learners embark on a range of written and kinaesthetic activities to improve their attainment, as well as participating in short, motivational exercises to embed their understanding.
All courses can improve upon learners’ performance in the National Curriculum English Tests, or can be used as extra support for learners in Years 8 and 9. They can include a short assessment, so that learners and teachers can evidence the progress made.
The Introduction to Science course is for new Year 7 learners, and offers an introduction to Key Stage 3 Biology, Chemistry and Physics. It equips learners with Science language and knowledge, making them more confident in their KS3 Science lessons.
