Liberty Pressing Solutions is a leading European supplier of pressed and welded assemblies for both automotive and other applications with a reputation for quality and reliability.
Neal Bowers, Tool Room Team Leader at Liberty Pressing Solutions was keen to participate in the course as he wanted a better understanding of Excel in particular to assist him within his role: “As I use Excel and spreadsheets on a daily basis, but with quite limited knowledge so only using basic functions, I really wanted to learn how to use Excel more effectively to ensure my time is used more efficiently. The PET-Xi programme exceeded my expectations and was fast paced and well organised.”
PN Daly Ltd
PN Daly Ltd is a supplier of gas, water, electricity and telecommunication network design, construction, connection, repair, maintenance and support services. Catering for two main markets, namely the Construction Sector and the Statutory Undertakers Sector (Gas, Water and Electrical undertakers).
PET-Xi approached PN Daly regarding fully funded training programmes for staff. As PN Daly deal with tens of thousands of customers each year, they thought the Level 2 Customer Service was an ideal opportunity to upskill their existing staff and improve service for their clients. The Level 2 Team Leading course was also beneficial to providing several supervisors the necessary skills to deal with day to day supervision.
