PET-Xi are proud to have helped Karen boost both her employability skills and confidence.
Karen took part in PET-Xi’s Level 2 courses in IT user skills, customer services and team leading and its City of Culture programme. She was also given the opportunity to attend a social event at Coventry Glides, a temporary ice-skating rink based in the Coventry Cathedral Ruins.
Each of the courses Karen attended provide learners with a variety of employability skills to enable them to progress in their careers.

Connecting Communities, Camp Hill, Nuneaton
Connecting Communities is a West Midlands Combined Authority (WMCA) project aimed at helping residents of Camp Hill, Nuneaton, who are unemployed or in low income roles back into employment.

The IT course covers Word, Excel, PowerPoint, IT security, Universal Credits, Social Media and the job application process has proven very popular with local job seekers. The PET-Xi programme received fantastic feedback with 100% of people attending the course said they felt the course has helped them and they would recommend it to a friend.
