Purpose of the Job:
You’ll know a PET-Xi Lead Trainer when you meet them. The big smile, warm greeting and explosive optimism are impossible to miss.
They’re the best of the best, engagement specialists trained in proven methods to maintain momentum, pace, and intensity in the classroom. They possess excellent people management and organisation skills.
The Motivational Lead is responsible for all aspects of the classroom, making sure each day flows well and learners get the maximum benefit from the time spent in the PET-Xi programme.
We work Nationally so we try to recruit locally however the ability to travel up to one hour or stay overnight is an advantage. We cover mileage and Hotel expenses; further details will be available at interview.
This role is extremely enjoyable and massively rewarding! You would form part of a small team – helping to assist our amazing Teachers in the classroom, working in harmony together helping students and delivering outstanding lessons every time! It will also include duties such as:
