First and foremost, we are a long established training company with a history of delivering customer excellence for over 25 years. We have had the pleasure in providing training for thousands of schools in the UK and 100s of employers. We are preferred provider supporting Job Centre Plus and are regularly recommended by key stakeholders such as the West Midland Combined Authority. We have successfully delivered employer support under a range of contracts across multiple regions within the UK and consistently been a top performer securing achievements for our learners.
This is where we come into our own. PET-Xi has grown off a background of supporting both SMEs with corporate clients with training, as such, of our systems and processes are geared to dealing with clients training needs. We will assign you an account manager who will learn about your business and training requirements and be on hand to offer you free advice with regard the training required for your employees
Sure. We regularly create, if you will, add-on modules and units to our existing courses where they directly relate to our client's application of the training. In the past we have also created completely new courses that are designed solely for the benefit of a single client. So the short answer is yes. We are also striving to make eLearning versions of all our current classroom courses. in a blended approach using the latest technologies including PET-Xi Live and PET-Xi Live Learning platforms. This retaining the interactivity of a traditional classroom whilst increasing both flexibility and accessibility for learners and employers.
A common question. And not an easy one to answer. If it is one of our courses, we will process the paperwork as soon as it is received from our trainer and as soon as it lands on our desk. If the course is certified by a governing body, then from our perspective we will be very reactionary and not create any undue delays. Unfortunately, some governing bodies do quote up to 12 weeks to turn around certificates, so we unfortunately are stuck with their timescales.
Yes. If anyone can, we can. In the past we have actually delivered a training course on the day it was enquired about, so please give us a call or request a call back and one of our team will be on it immediately.
The timeline of when you will know will be explained to you before you start your course or, in the event of it being online at, before you register or begin your first module. Obviously every course is different, but this will be explained to you before hand either by one of our specialist advisors or by the trainer on the day.
