Assertiveness Skills in Business Friday 10th August 9am – 3pm  This one-day training course will give you all the right strategies and techniques to assert yourself in the many situations that present in the workplace. You will develop techniques to deal with colleagues, peers, subordinates, managers, customers, suppliers and even your personal contacts. By the end of the session you will see why being more assertive can be productive and will improve relationships.  You don’t want to be too pushy and demanding yet at the same time you want your voice heard.  We will help you to develop strategies on how to be clear, concise and coherent, and you will recognise how to use and accept constructive criticism, to use the right tone and posture and to always be professional under pressure.

Negotiation Skills in Business Thursday 16th August 9am – 3pm This one-day programme is a perfect introduction to negotiation skills for buyers, sales staff, managers, office managers and business owners. You will review your own techniques and you will develop solution-focused skills for better negotiation and as a result you will enjoy better communication and better prices. Elements include developing strategies to reach the desired outcome, holding your nerve, understanding the power-play, staying positive, strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT), leverage, common ground and tactics. The subtle benefits of persuasion will enhance each and every facet of your life.

Presentation Skills for Business Friday 24th August 9am – 3pm Everyone is expected to deliver presentations of one sort or another but rarely are people trained to do so. After this one day session with PET-Xi you will be better prepared, learn tricks and techniques from PowerPoint to props, how to turn nervousness into positive energy. Whether you are delivering a pitch, a technical presentation or a team talk, to audiences small and large we can help you to be more engaging, informative and concise. Understand your audience and make it right for each of them.
