Digital Marketing & Social Media Apprenticeship

Location: Coventry
Salary: £3.30 - £4.50 per hour
Role Type: Apprenticeship – 12 months contract (Potential to Full Time)

The Role:

After completion of the apprenticeship you will gain a qualification in NVQ Level 2/3 Digital & Social Media. The D&S Media Apprentice will support the business in various different areas such as: (please note full training is provided in all areas)

• Manage the business social media pages
• Develop, copy, create content for social media accounts and news pages for the website
• Ensure accuracy in copy, quality of imagery and the correct use of brand guidelines in all communications
• Spot new opportunities to communicate our work online, across blogs, forums and social media and to optimise our sites and education resources on search engines
• Work with global teams to create regular newsletter updates of recent activity for the internal team
• Support in the development of the business and the business websites
• Assist in the development and maintenance of a high quality and fully compliant image library for use across all marketing channels
• Contribute to the planning, development and execution of digital campaigns
• Monitor industry news and developments, building knowledge to inform activities

This well established Print and Promotional Marketing Company are looking to recruit an inspiring and motivated Customer Sales Apprentice to help maximise the brands awareness and face new challenges daily. If this sounds like you please apply!

Full Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing creative and inspiring offline marketing campaigns for businesses. You will be working along side a mix of creative, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and solution driven people who work hard to make every project a success. As a Customer Sales Apprentice you will be working in an environment that will challenge you to think creatively, liaising with different businesses and making important decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
· Attending meetings with the Directors to understand the business and build relationships with our customers
· Nurturing existing client relationships and finding ways to improve the client journey
· Pitching all elements of our design, print and branding services
· Prospecting new clients from data provided
· Completing a full cycle of generating and closing leads
· Providing bespoke quotes and processing orders
· Assisting the Sales Director at exhibitions to raise the brands profile and identify new opportunities through networking
· Attending new client meetings with the Sales Director and eventually able to conduct meetings independently
· Full training will be given in our Customer Relationship Management database
· Attending meetings with the Directors to understand the business and build relationships with customers.

Future Prospects:
· This will be a start to an exciting career with a permanent position and salary increase available after successful completion of the Apprenticeship.
· Alongside this a further qualification to progress will be offered on completion.
