Due to our continued success, our innovative, friendly and professional team are looking for a HR Apprentice doing a Business Administration qualification. But administration is just the start, if you have the desire and the aptitude you could develop your career into either HR or Learning and Development and will have access to expert coaching and mentoring to guide you every step of the way.
Full Description: Key duties:
· Providing administrative support to the team
· Processing new starter paperwork
· Creating and maintaining reports, spreadsheets and correspondence using a variety of computer packages including all MS Office software.
· Processing, filing and distributing confidential reports and documents.
· Producing letters and other HR documentation as required
· Carrying out photocopying, scanning or filing as required Answering the telephone and distributing queries appropriately amongst the team
· Accompanying the HR team members at meetings and client visits where deemed appropriate.
· Taking internal and external meeting minutes where appropriate
· Sifting CVs as part of the recruitment screening process according to given set criteria.
· Assisting in arranging interviews for candidates or calling candidates to remind them of interview dates / times. Posting job advertisements on job boards
· Chasing candidates and client employees for outstanding paperwork
· To undertake any other duties commensurate with the level of the post as required
· Setting up and helping out with training events
· Co-ordinating training including room bookings, invites and contacting learners after training has taken place
· Working with confidential learner data
· Dealing with external clients
Future Prospects: The salary will be under review depending on the successful candidate.
A full time position may be offered depending on successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Who is eligible for an Apprenticeship?
